Thank you for agreeing to our calendar appointment. We’ve had some misunderstandings in the past so I thought I would quickly explain a few points. Please be patient
1. Google Calendar uses Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to help avoid issues with daylight savings time.
2. When calendar events are created, they’re converted into UTC, but you’ll always see them in your local time (as set on your device) in your calendar.
3. My calendar is set to Singapore standard time and when I send you a calendar invite, the email message shows this
4. But when you “accept” the appointment? You calendar AUTOMATICALLY converts it to YOUR own time zone. So please review your calendar to see the time in your time zone NOT the email that contained the original invite
Hope this makes sense. Please let me know if there are questions
